We are pleased to announce that we have added MeridianLink as a supported Credit Reporting source.

MeridianLink is a leading supplier of credit reporting data nationwide. MeridianLink is affiliated with local credit reporting bureaus across the U.S.; please contact them at 714-593-9659 to find a bureau near you.

The MeridianLink software is a non-intrusive application that installs on your PC in single user mode, or on a company server in multiuser mode. It is fully automated with LoanVision, so that credit report orders from LoanVision are automatically processed, and completed reports are almost instantly available for merging into a LoanVision application.

MeridianLink is also fully web-based; credit reports ordered on their web site while you are in the field can be viewed within minutes (if not seconds) and the resulting report can also be merged into LoanVision.

We will be posting a configuration file for setting up MeridianLink in LoanVision very soon; please call us for assistance if you need it before then.

We are pleased to annouce that Property Manager v3.5.1 has been released. This release was prompted by the IRS's change in the 1099 MISC format, but also includes changes and tweaks made to the software since the intial release of v3.5.

It has come to our attention that the IRS has updated the 1099 MISC form for tax year 2001. The form now prints two-to-a-page instead of the old three-to-a-page.

Property Manager has been modified for this new form and is available for beta testing.

LoanVision version 2.01, beta test 4, was posted on the intranet this afternoon. Changes to beta 4 include:

* The new VA Rate Reduction Refinance Worksheet is included.
* The Setup windows are now functional in Setup mode.
* Closing costs without HUD numbers do not show up on the Reg Z.
* Employment data corrected for MBA-86 data exports.
* Credit Agency import correctly imports settings.
* "Edit Application" option in Archives correctly handles "cancel" button.

This should be the last beta test for v2.01 and an official v2.01 will be available shortly.
