LoanVision 3 beta 3 is available for Download
Criterion Systems Development is pleased to announce that LoanVision 3, for
Windows and Macintosh, is nearly ready. The latest beta is available
for download here:

What`s New in Version 3?
Version 3 of LoanVision incorporates a completely new version of the software
language we use, and thus provides a great deal more compatibility with newer
operating systems than previously available. This means:
* It works under all flavors of Windows NT, including 2000 and XP. The Mac version has many improvements that make it more compatible with OSX.
* It has no problems with USB printers.
* It no longer needs to have a network drive mapped as a local drive.
* It no longer has a problem installing with systems having more than 100 fonts.
* It no longer has problems printing to dedicated print servers like a JetDirect.
* It has generally better performance.
In addition to the above inherent advantages of using a new language, we've added the following features:
* The look and feel has been modernized to standard gray windows with icons.
* The window objects like checkboxes and radio buttons have a 3d look.
* The data lists have been replaced by tables with sortable columns.
* The automatic printer setups have been enhanced as mentioned above.
* 95% Compatibility with Freddie Mac Loan Prospector. There are still a few fields you have to fill out by hand on LP on the internet.
Since beta 2 was released, a great many tweaks, corrections and improvements have been made, plus it has been integrated with a internet based installation system so that when a new version of LoanVision is available you can do it immediately without even opening your web browser. It's fast, easy and flexible.
Here are some helpful links to help you get up and running, and to convert your old data if you already have a version of LoanVision older than v3.
